LEVEL 2 CLOSE PROTECTION TOP-UP

As of 01 April 2022, the Level 3 Close Protection course has increased to 18 days to include the additional training requirements set out by the SIA, including the compulsory modules around working as a Door Supervisor and Physical Intervention for both Close Protection Operatives and Door Supervisors.

This 5-Day Up-Skill/Top-Up Course has been implemented to align existing SIA Close Protection License holders with the updated modules of training.

SKILLS PREREQUISITES

Existing Close Protection qualification that needs updating
Be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
A current First-Aid Level 3 or similar medical certification
Pre-Course ACT/Action Counters Terrorism Online Training

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

Casual clothing (Jeans, t-shirt, polo, comfortable footwear)
